Step 1: Admission and Orientation
Interested applicants will receive a free orientation from our company. This is to give further information on our program.
Step 2: Contract Signing
If the applicant wants to pursue the program, the company will schedule a contract reading together with the applicant and the guardian. The applicant must review and understand the terms and conditions stated in the contract before signing.
Step 3: Payment of Application Fee
After contract signing, the student will be given specific date for the payment.
Note: Application fee is non-refundable.
Step 4: Documents Completion
Completion of the documents needed for the application of the certificate of eligibility.
Step 5: Japanese School Interview
Completion of the documents needed for the application of the certificate of eligibility.
Step 6: Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility
Certificate of Eligibility application to Japan Immigration.
Step 7: Certificate of Eligibility Result (Approved/Denied)
Completion of the documents needed for the application of the certificate of eligibility.
Step 8: Payment of Processing Fee
Upon receiving the Certificate of Eligibility, student must pay the processing fee.
Step 9: Pre-departure Orientation Seminar
Prior to departure, the applicants are required to attend the pre-departure orientation seminar or PDOS.
Step 10: Visa Application
Step 11: Airplane Ticket Booking
The student will then be advised to book their one-way plane ticket to Japan.
